DELIVERY / RETURN

Shipping Policy

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Some products are sent directly by the creators, others directly via our platform, the packages may therefore arrive separately. The preparation of the orders is done within 3 working days after confirmation of the order. Delivery times may also vary depending on the location of receipt of the package. Item tracking will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. 

If the entire order is not received within 14 business days of order shipment confirmation, please contact us atstore.yxes@gmail.com to help you trace your order.Note that we do not cover the costs of packages forgotten / not received by you, in these cases, contact the delivery company directly.

It is also worth noting that we work with independent creators.rices.x.es.x  and therefore the production of all their products takes time because they are made by their care. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that some items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the store, such as jewelry, works in the <art> category, sunglasses, bags and other accessories and one-size-fits-all clothing ( type belt, key ring and others) or pre-ordered.

For other items you wish to return (such as clothing or shoes), the return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package. In this case, you must send an email to the following address, store.yxes@gmail.comwith the subject of your email <Return - your order number> and explained in your email the reasons why you want to return your order. A response will be sent to you with the details to follow for the return of the package as well as the address.

You may open the package and view the contents, but under no circumstances should the contents be used or worn. All packaging and labels must be intact.

Any refund will be made 3 working days after receipt of the package.Please note that the return of the package is at your expense and no refund will be made for it.
